Big Beach House
I recently had the opportunity to photograph this big beach house in Perdido Key, Florida. Being local photographers in Orange Beach, we often get real estate requests. Although our primary focus is family vacation beach portraits, we enjoy taking on the challenge of real estate photos.
Real Estate photography is a whole different photo.
With our beach portrait photography, we have an editing style. Furthermore, Beach Shutters Photography is known for light, airy, colorful family photos. I like my subjects to be crisp and clear, with as few shadows as possible. The same is true for real estate photos, but we aim for a sharp, uniform image. We bring in more contrast, clarity, and texture.
Keeping the whole room in focus is the goal.
Real Estate photography requires that we keep the room focused from one end to the other. We achieve this with plenty of lighting and bracketing in our photos. Our real estate pictures are shot on a tripod for stability while combining five shots into 1. The layers are applied during the editing process before delivering your HDR Real Estate Photos.
Timing is everything.
Beach portraits are taken at sunset and sunrise for a softer background. However, the opposite is true for real estate photography. We were at the big beach house around noon to have the lightest possible. Also, a sunny to mostly sunny day is best for your real estate photos.
We love making your property look fabulous, from a Big Beach House to a tiny Studio Apartment!
Our Canon gear is our real estate equipment of choice. Beach Shutters also uses a high-quality prime lens to allow the rooms to look large without distortion. Whether you are selling or renting your property, we would love to be considered for your photography needs.
Do you love the big beach house? It happens to be for sale! One day, I say, one day!
