Maternity Photos at the Beach

Jessie wanted to take her maternity photos at the beach. With a vacation to Orange Beach on the horizon, she scheduled a sunset photo session with Beach Shutters Photography. We are so pleased that she chose us to take her “Baby on the Way” photos.

“I want my dress to blow in the wind.” was her only request.

Luckily it was a windy day, and her hair flowed a bit. As for the dress, well, you guessed it, hubby was on duty. He helped throw her train, then ran. Isn’t he going to make a great dad? That big day is coming soon!

Think about it; you need a babymoon while you are still technically a family of 2. Soon you will be tired, waking up for diapers, and busy, busy, busy. For now, pamper yourself. Say yes to the beach and a big heck yes to maternity photos!

So many people commented on Jessie’s Facebook post I couldn’t resist posting a few here on our blog. Trey took these photos at the Shell Beach location in Orange Beach. They started the photo session at the Pavilion in Gulf Shores, but the wind picked up ahead of a brewing storm.

Everyone jumped in the car and moved the show down the road a few miles. The quick thinking bought Jessie just enough time to get her shots. Isn’t Trey a great weatherman, storm chaser, and photographer? Lol!
