What are your Family Photo Traditions?
David and Heather have a photo tradition that they have used with each child. At 9 months, they have a photo taken between mom & dad, holding hands. I had the privilege of taking the baby of the family’s 9-month-old portraits this week. We incorporated the same photo that the rest of the children had and several more.
Bella is 9 months old!
Not yet walking, but able to hold her parent’s hands, Bella loved having her toes in the sand. This makes a very sweet portrait and completes my assignment to capture this photo to match the rest of the kids. As a photographer in Orange Beach, it is always a fun challenge to recreate an image.
Photo traditions are so important.
I cannot tell you how many times folks have asked to recreate photo traditions. Sometimes it is the same picture from the year before, and some are as old as mom and dad. No matter what my client has in mind, I aim to please. The challenge is always fun for a photographer.
My compliments to the parents.
I cannot let these photos go by without bragging on this large family. Every single child was so well behaved, happy, and cooperative. Our evening together was such a lovely experience for everyone! I have to say Thank you to mom and dad, for preparing the kids. They knew exactly what to expect when they met for photos. Our photo session went so smooth, I could hardly believe it! Great parenting pays off every time.
