Showcase Your Talent
Sometimes the best photos happen at the very end of a session; this is the time to shine and showcase your talent. First, we knock out the “must-have” family shots. Then, once everyone relaxes, we often realize we still have a few minutes left. Because of that, we love to use that extra time to showcase your talent and capture something that feels uniquely you.
Whatcha Got?
For example, does your child dance, like the sweet ballerina pictured? If so, we can absolutely create beautiful talent photos that highlight their passion. Even better, we can do it with soft natural light and a beachy backdrop that feels timeless. On the other hand, your child may play a sport. In that case, bring the soccer ball, baseball glove, football, or cheer pom-poms. Do you have a great yoga pose? We would love to see it! Likewise, if you have a senior session, we can add a few fun “signature” shots that make their gallery feel personal and complete.
Play Ball! Dance! Splash!
Also, let’s discuss props, because moms are highly creative. Many parents bring smash cakes for little ones. Others bring musical instruments, like a guitar or violin. Additionally, sports gear, letterman jackets, or graduation caps can be the perfect finishing touch. Plus, if you want to lean into the beach vibe, a swimsuit, a mermaid tail, or even a flowy cover-up can turn those last few minutes into something magical.
Beach Shutters brings the camera, you bring the magic!
And honestly, sometimes the plan is simple. You just want to splash around and get wet. If that’s the case, we have you covered there, too. After all, real smiles and real laughter are always worth capturing. So, whether you’re twirling in the sand, running through the shoreline, or jumping waves, those playful moments often become the favorites.
Let Us Showcase Your Talent!
At Beach Shutters Photography, we love creating talent photos that feel natural, joyful, and full of life. We’re photographers in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Perdido Key, and we’re always excited to help families add personality to their beach portraits. So, when your session is winding down, don’t rush off. Instead, save a few minutes for the “extra” shots. Because sometimes, that’s where your story shines the most.
